All beds are zip-and-link and can be arranged as kings or twins

Two travel cots and two highchairs are available on request for children aged two and under.
Our Water
We believe the best water isn’t found in a plastic bottle—it’s found 100 metres beneath our feet. Our Water is drawn from a borehole deep under the farm, providing a taste of the Somerset landscape in its purest form.

Linen & Towels
We provide duvets and pillows, bed linen, cot mattress sheets and towels for your rooms.
Please remember to bring extra towels for the spa facilities, bathrobes are provided for adults.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups and includes:
- Two combi ovens
- Microwave and a Steam oven
- Four-ring induction hob and hot plate
- Two American-style fridge freezers and a wine fridge
- Two dishwashers
There is sufficient crockery, cutlery, and glassware for dinner parties, including wine glasses, champagne flutes, tumblers, highballs, gin glasses, cocktail glasses, and pint glasses.

Coffee & Refreshments
A Nespresso Magimix machine and two cafetières are provided, along with an initial supply of coffee pods.
Laundry & Utilities
A washer/dryer is located in the changing room.
Each bedroom has a hairdryer.
An iron and ironing board are supplied.
Starter Supplies
A welcome supply of essentials is provided, including:
- Tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper
- Washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets
- Tea towels, dish cloths, sponge, oven gloves
- Toilet rolls (two per toilet)
- Bin bags and hand soap
These supplies are intended to get you started and may not last for the duration of your stay.
Indoor Pool & Spa Facilities
For your exclusive use and includes:
- Indoor swimming pool (10m x 5.5m, 1.2m depth, heated to 30°C)
- Sauna (seats 6)
- Stainless-steel sunken hot tub (seats 8-10, heated to 37°C, )
- Relax on a lounger with a book in the natatorium at 32°C
- For your peace of mind, safety measures are in place to ensure that children can only access the pool when accompanied by an adult
- Changing rooms, shower, WC, hairdryer and laundry area with drying rack
Inflatables are welcome in the pool but must not contain glitter.

Located within the pool building, opposite the main house:

Outdoor Space
- Large garden with lawn and patio

- Partially enclosed play area for younger children
- Outdoor games include twister, boules, skittles, round parachute with handles for sitting under (need at least one adult) and many more.
Please note the garden is not fully enclosed, so children must be supervised at all times.

Gas BBQ available all year, with gas supplied.

- Smart TVs in all bedrooms

Fibre Broadband with Unifi WiFi is available throughout the property.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Two pay-as-you-go EV charging points are available.
For safety and insurance reasons, charging from domestic sockets or via extension leads is not permitted.

Parking
Private off-road parking for up to six vehicles.
The property has entrance and parking CCTV for security. Appropriate signage will be displayed on-site so by proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept their use.
Food Deliveries
Supermarkets including Asda, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, and COOK deliver to the property.
Please schedule deliveries for after 4:00pm on your arrival day and include your name and mobile number.
Pets
Dogs are not permitted at this property.
Decorations
If decorating for a celebration, please be considerate.
Glitter balloons are not allowed, and nothing may be attached to walls, furnishings, or fixtures.
